Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Teal In Love. The following are the terms and conditions regarding our shipping policy.
**HOLIDAY SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT** - EFFECTIVE 10/31/20
We are committed to getting your orders processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after you purchase your items. What this means, is that you will receive a tracking number and we will drop off your package to the appropriate carrier within that time frame. Since all shipping carriers are still being impacted by the coronavirus within the U.S., we are unable to guarantee any shipment to arrive before Christmas.
Please note: There may be times as well where your USPS tracking number may not have any tracking information and will just appear at your home. USPS has acknowledged that this is an issue that they are currently aware of but have not given us a solution to this issue. If you do not receive your package or have any updated tracking information after 14 calendar days, please notify us immediately.
We do offer insurance on shipping if you wish to purchase this during check out. The insurance is through the carrier, not through Teal In Love.
**COVID-19** - Updates regarding shipping times
Due to recent circumstances as it relates to COVID-19, shipping has been delayed. We will continue to process and ship the items to you within 2 -4 business days, however, we are not able to control how fast the package will arrive to you. We have been in communication with shipping companies and are assured that they are working to the best of their ability. However, they are also working with less employees than normal. Please allow 14 calendar days to receive your package. We ask that if you do not receive your package within 14 calendar days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us.
Domestic Shipping Policy
It is our desire to ship your orders as fast as possible. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in processing the orders within an additional 2-4 business days. If the delay will be greater than 10-14 business days, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Teal In Love LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Teal In Love LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
**UPDATE** At this time, we only offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico. Please keep in mind that in the U.S., we are experiencing shipping delays from all carriers due to the coronavirus. If you live in these areas, please be aware that shipping internationally may take up to 60 days to receive your items, depending on the shipping option that you select. We do offer international express option should you need your package sooner. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.
