Return Policy
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know that there are some cases where you may receive an item and it is not up to your expectations. Here is our policy in regards to returns.
- If we ship you the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will ship you the correct item or we can issue you a refund.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will ship you a replacement item or we can issue you a refund.
- If you receive your item and if within 14 days you decided that it did not work out for you, please contact us so that we can begin the return process.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact Teal In Love within 14 calendar days after your item is delivered. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes that the item must be smoke free and perfume free with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do our best to inspect every item before it is shipped to you. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged please send us an email at support@tealinlove.com. After receiving an approval to return the item, please send your item to:

Please do not return your item without notifying us.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Your refund will not include shipping cost for the purchase of the item nor the return of the item.
- It is highly recommended that you make sure there is tracking number on the item that you are returning and that you send us that tracking number. Otherwise, you assume the risk that the package may be lost in transit. We have to receive the item in order to issue a refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
If your request is rejected, then we notify you and will return the item to you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
There are certain items that will be heavily discounted in the store that will be labeled, "All Sales Are Final". These items are sold as is and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or a return.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we are unable to process any exchanges due to the limited stock on hand.
SHIPPING
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address is listed correctly on the order. Once the item is shipped, Teal In Love is not responsible for the product in transit by the mail carrier.
- We will not issue a refund or send additional products for items that are delivered to the wrong address due to an address listed incorrectly on the order.
- We will not issue a refund for items that are delayed in transit. For more information regarding shipping policy, please refer to it here.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be not be included in your refund.
If you are shipping a return item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
