Wow! What a great discount! Are they damaged?

We strive to provide boutique quality items! And we loooove to offer great discounts periodically to our wonderful customers!  If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us asap and we will resolve it for you.



Can I use two discount codes on my order?

No, only one discount code per order.  If you have two valid discount codes that you would like to use, you would need to complete your first order and then create a second order to use the second discount code.

An item is sold out.  Will you be restocking this item?

It depends.  For items that are listed as sold out, we will try to get them restocked as soon as we can, but there is no guarantee.  During the holidays, you may see this more often due to high demands.  If you are interested in a particular item that is sold out, please contact us at and we can look in to this for you.

When will my order be shipped?

We work hard to try to process orders as quick as possible.  On average we ship between 2-4 business days after your order is completed.  You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information to let you know that your order is on its way.  Please check out our shipping policy to find the latest information regarding the holiday season.

Will my order be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas?

What we are committed to do is to make sure we process your order as fast as we can, which is usually within 2-4 business days.  We will make sure they arrive to the carrier within that timeframe.  However, once we drop them off with the carrier, we have no control on when your order will arrive.  We are unable to guarantee any order to be delivered on time by Christmas.  Please refer to our shipping policy.


Can I cancel my order?

It depends.  If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact immediately regarding cancelling an order. 

Once you receive a shipping confirmation, we are unable to cancel the order.  Please refer to the returns policy for more information.

I am not happy with my order.  Can I return it?

We are sorry that you are not happy with your order.  We understand that it may not be up to your expectations once you receive it.  We truly want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you find that you are not, you have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us about returning your order for a refund.  Please refer to our return policy for details regarding how to receive a refund.

My order is missing from my account.  Where is it?

If you completed your order as a guest, you will not be able to see your order.  To avoid this from happening, please create an account before you complete your order.
